• NO FINGERPRICKS: Achieve excellent accuracy without the need for finger pricks, suitable for both adults and children. However, finger pricks are required if glucose readings and alarms do not align with symptoms or expectations.
• OPTIONAL ALARMS: Benefit from customizable, real-time glucose alarms that alert you to high and low levels, allowing you to take immediate action. These notifications are received when alarms are activated and the sensor is within 20 feet, unobstructed from the reading device. Ensure your smartphone settings are enabled to receive these alerts.

Before Starting Your Sensor

Before initiating your Sensor, decide which device you will use. Alarms and glucose readings can be received either on your phone or your FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, but not simultaneously on both.

• To use your phone, start the Sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 app.
• To use the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, start the Sensor with the Reader.

Please be aware that the FreeStyle Libre 2 app and Reader do not share data. To ensure comprehensive data on your device, scan your Sensor every 8 hours. For a complete overview of your data from all devices, you can upload and view it on LibreView.com.
