No. Files are stored locally on your device. Remember to back up your hidden files before transferring to a new device or performing a factory reset.

How do I launch GalleryVault if the icon is hidden?

Try one of these options:

1. Use your device's browser to visit: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.

2. Tap "Manage Space" on the System App Detail Info page for GalleryVault (System Settings → Apps → GalleryVault).

What if I forget my passcode?

Find the latest email from us by searching "thinkyeah" in your mailbox, then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.

If you can’t locate the email, request a new one:

1. Open the GalleryVault lock screen.

If the icon is hidden, tap "Manage Space" in System Settings → Apps → GalleryVault.

2. Attempt to unlock and fail twice—a "Forgot" button will appear.

3. Tap "Forgot," then select "Resend Auth Email" in the dialog box.
