Get a quick and easy overview of our products using the search bar, full category list, or the handy scanner. Browse the assortment, look up specific brands, scan items, check your purchase history, add products to your wish list, or dive right into shopping.

Find your nearest dm store

Use the built-in store finder to locate dm shops in your area. You’ll get quick access to service details for all stores. You can even save your favorite dm location in the app and check local in‑store stock on product pages, alongside online availability. Once you’ve set your preferred store, you can also verify your cart for express pickup and choose this fast delivery option.

All your coupons in one spot

In the “Coupons” section, you’ll see an overview of dm’s latest special offers. Tap any coupon to view more details.

One app for all dm services

Now you can manage all dm, Glückskind, and PAYBACK coupons in a single coupon center. This makes everything—from activating coupons to redeeming them in‑store or online—as simple as possible.

Tap “Activate” to add individual coupons to your account. You can redeem them at your dm store or when ordering online. Redemption terms and additional info are shown on each coupon.

Your digital customer card is located in “My Account.” To redeem all activated coupons, simply scan your personal QR code on the customer display at checkout.

All activated coupons that apply to your order are automatically added to your cart. If a coupon doesn’t match your current purchase, it stays active and can be used next time.

Make it personal with “My Account”

Access services like Glückskind and PAYBACK in the “My Account” area. By linking your PAYBACK account, you’ll see your purchase history with tailored product suggestions. You can also collect PAYBACK points with every app purchase. Besides “Help & FAQs,” you’ll find your digital customer card here.
