Social media users have voiced their concerns, with one stating, "Given what happened in 2011, we need to know if we need to call our banks for new credit cards and need identity protection services." There is also a demand for Sony to outline the measures it is implementing to prevent similar "operational issues" from affecting PSN in the future.
